What follows is a citation and link to a case that has set a legal precedent in the USA for those dealing with toxic and scam groups like Psychology of Vision. Although Spezzano's group is not involved in this particular court case, I believe the 7-point "Attributes of a Destructive Cult" mentioned above is 100% accurate for describing POV:

Arizona superior Court
THE CHURCH OF IMMORTAL CONSCIOUSNESS, a non-profit corporation, on
its own behalf and on behalf of its congregation; STEVEN MICHAEL KAMP,
TRINA LAN KAMP, husband and wife, and in their capacities as ministers

A nice 7-point summation of Psychology of Vision. The Church of Immortal Consciousness had a different form, but the bullshit content is the same as POV and the 7 points apply to both groups as scam cults. Interesting that both groups are operated by married couples.
