Worldcat captured the autobiography of Chuck Spezzano, but since Marquis Who's Who is a serial title, the year of publication of this particular list of accomplishments for Spezzano is uncertain, although I would guess it was in the mid 1990s.

This entry brings up a few questions.
Born in Hawaii? I thought he was born in upstate NY.
Usually Spezzano says his Ph. D. was in "Counseling Psychology." Many of his close associates and merchandisers in Europe advertise him as having a Ph. D. in "Clinical Psychology." Here it says "Counseling and Psychology." His actual dissertation says "Professional Psychology" (which is sort of an oddball and obscure degree). What's going on here?
Spezzano's current LinkedIn says he's been President of Spezzano and Associates since October 1984. But here and in the Hawaii corporate register the year is 1990. What's up with that?
Although Lency Spezzano told us "Chuck was employed as a psychologist by the Naval Drug Rehabilitation Center at the Naval Air Station Miramar, in San Diego, from 1973-79," this list tells us he actually had several job titles between 1973-1979. If he was indeed a "psychologist" for the Navy, it could only have been for a brief time at the end of his worklife there since Spezzano did not attain his Ph.D. until 1977, either that or the Navy has a generic definition of "psychologist." In any case, he was never a real psychologist as we define the term today for the Navy for the entire 1973-1979 date range.
The mention of "Break-Through Seminars, Tokyo, 1985" is interesting. The existence of this entity and Spezzano's involvement with it is confirmed by the Feb. 8, 1985 Tokyo Weekender:
