The myth that Chuck Spezzano is any sort of psychologist continues in this 2014 brochure, which appears to be Swiss-based and has the official Psychology of Vision logo. Here is a selected translation:

Psychology of Vision® is an extensive, process oriented concept of coaching and seminars for personality development. This consciousness work and its tools were developed by Dr Chuck Spezzano in his longtime psychological practice in the search of more efficiency. In cooperation with his wife Lency, Psychology of Vision® came into being which today is a method applied and taught with much success.
