POV Fundamentals of Success Programme

While revisiting the corporate website for Emotional Intelligence at Work by British Psychology of Vision follower Jeremy Marchant, I noticed a detail that was intriguing. Jeremy mentioned this:

He learnt the practical application of emotional intelligence from Psychology of Vision (PoV).  He assisted with the development of the PoV UK Fundamentals of success programme for businesses and he is accredited by them to deliver this programme. He has completed the Steps to leadership programme and more than one hundred days of PoV workshops.

[Marchant's parallel company, Network Better, also provides the same information. Link below]

It is unclear who originally cooked up the Fundamentals of Success Programme or who Mr. Marchant assisted in the development of this project. Was it Chuck Spezzano, Jeff Allen, John Steele, who? In any event, such a program with "POV" as a preface would require permission from the cult leader Spezzano himself since he needs a piece of any action where the coin of the realm is involved.

We have covered Mr. Marchant before on this blog:

The POV Fundamentals of Success Programme seems to have had a brief lifespan, like many other Psychology of Vision commercial ventures. There was only one other person online I could find who touted the POV Fundamentals of Success Programme in their resume: Kay McMahon, who listed the program in her profile as a consultant with Kelly Resources.

In her LinkedIn profile, Kay says she was a co-owner of Emotional Intelligence at Work, 2008-2013.

But it appears she was still an officer in the Jeremy Marchant Ltd. corporation until 2018:

The only mention of the Fundamentals of Success Programme outside of Marchant and McMahon I can find came from John Steele, a Swiss-based businessman who seemed enamored of the POV cult for a spell but apparently stopped promoting the toxic group after 2012. Steele's listing provides an outline of the curriculum:

In a 2011-2012 marketing piece for a Steps to Leadership course, Steele offered this autobiography:

Facilitator

The course will be facilitated by John Steele and his wife Ursula. John  and Ursula are both graduates of the Psychology of Vision 100 day programme and have studied the principles of PoV since many years. In addition they are both qualified Avatar Masters and students of the energy healer Sue Gurnee. They have been married for more than 34 years  with Ursula and they have two sons. They have lived in Europe, Middle and Far Easts and are now settled in Switzerland. They attribute PoV to assisting them in maintaining and developing their relationship.

Here is a sample from Gurnee's current website. It seems very Spezzano-like:

Susan Gurnee is sought worldwide for her artistic skills and her healing abilities. She discerns maladies before they manifest on the physical level. From distance she can view remotely and heal. Passionately dedicated to helping others to increase their perceptions, she has worked in the service and education field for more than three decades. Sue teaches advanced observational diagnosis to doctors and health care professionals in Europe and USA.

At any rate, the POV Fundamentals of Success Programme did not exactly rise to great heights. Yet another of the many commercial failures and dead-ends connected with Psychology of Vision.
