Chuck Spezzano does not have a Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology. He is not a "psychologist" at all. His degree in "Professional Psychology" is unaccredited and the State of Hawaii requires a license which he would have a difficult time acquiring should he want to be addressed as a "psychologist." He was fined in Hawaii in 2004 for posing as a psychologist without a license.
But in Germany the false credentials are widely marketed to the background sound of cash registers. It is all a lie. I don't see the Spezzanos putting a lot of effort into correcting this misinformation.
It makes one wonder what else is a lie about Psychology of Vision, doesn't it?

[Update: To their credit, Ciando wiped out every Spezzano fake credential in their advertising in 2020. Way to go Ciando!!!]
