In January 2010 I became a Oneness Blessing Giver

Those of us who watch Psychology of Vision from the outside do not know the exact reasons why Lency Spezzano and her son Christopher have expressed such disdain and disgust over Amma, Bhagavan, and Oneness University, but we do know they hate the place.

Starting in 2007 when the Spezzanos attended Oneness University in India, they gave glowing reports of the institution. The Spezzanos became "Oneness Blessing Givers" and employed the word "Deeksha" in their lingo. In POV literature, Oneness University and A Course in Miracles were counted as the Spezzanos two greatest inspirations.

This love affair appears to have come to an end around 2010-2012. And even though the Spezzanos have tried hard to erase all signs in early 2014 that they were enamored of the rival cult, many traces remain online. Also, Oneness University lives on, uncredited, in much of the POV curriculum.

Pam Carruthers, a "soul astrologer," former POV trainer, and current POV spinoff Steps to Leadership trainer in the UK, apparently got the memo to drop all mention of being a Oneness Blessing Giver.

Compare the old and the new, the first from Mar. 2013, the second from Nov. 2017:

This would indicate that Oneness University was still OK with the Spezzanos a good THREE YEARS after they themselves essentially became a subsidiary of Amma and Bhagavan. So they didn't break with OU until after Jan. 2010. I wonder when they did? Pam didn't erase her reference to OU until AFTER March 2013 and she is pretty much a loyal and obedient follower of the Spezzanos, so official word to delete all history of OU didn't appear to come until 6 or 7 years after 2007 when the critics began pointing out the past Amma/Bhagavan worship by the Spezzanos.
