This is Chuck talking about the system he says he's developed. He says he was trained early on in hypnosis. He does lay out his claimed training but without names, dates, or specifics. At 1:59 or so in video he says in the 70s he studied with "psychics and shamans" but he doesn't name any names.
He has numerous videos where he holds forth on sorts of subjects from sex, Iraq, Obama, bailouts, art in schools, unemployment, Tiger Woods etc. etc.

He also says he was a "psychologist" in this video.
"I have never heard him refer to himself as a psychologist, and we have never advertised him as one, because that would require a psychologist’s license."
