Breaking the Silence and Healing the Legacy

Breaking the Silence and Healing the Legacy / by POV trainer Melissa Meyer. This undated document, which was probably created no later than 2012, was available on the First Nations Social Development Society website, but that organization was disbanded this week due [Sept. 30, 2015] to funding cuts by the Canadian government.

Readers please remember, Chuck is not a psychologist, Psychology of Vision does not provide informed consent , there is no redress, participants sign waivers at workshops that make the facilitators unaccountable for outcome and affects of workshop, facilitators are not qualified to aide or diagnosis trauma victims of Residential School Survivors, POV Healing tools consist of group awareness training that does not allow for privacy, confidentiality and does not allow the ability to use critical thinking. Participants are made to feel inferior if they leave the room to use the bathroom. They are continuously made to feel self conscious of themselves if they are not "doing the work" such as joining, dancing, emoting, having to meet with "their buddy", etc.
POV workshops are about breaking you down till you give in and succumb to the POV treatment. Even though POV promote workshops under different themes, it is the same method everytime, breakdown the group until they are weak and indoctrinate them with Chuck's manipulative controlling mindsets that give new directives to the meaning of "success" and "healing" and "gifts".
In addition , POV is endless, once it is in your life , you are recruited to continue for 100days of expensive workshops in expensive destinations like Hawaii, Vancouver, England, Taiwan and Japan. POV advanced trainers are planted into the various reserves and displace community wellness funds into POV training to recruit more members.
RED FLAG FOLKS :RECRUITMENT MEANS CULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Residential School Survivors and their families do not need to join a cult to improve themselves! They need educated safe accredited insured and qualified people to support them not new age schemers.
Do Not Sign Waivers!!!!!!!!!!
Chuck is not a Psychologist!!!!!!!
That means no one cares what happens to you at these workshops, there is no preparation, no follow up and no peer testing. No one is checking on these people, they are free wheeling scammers pushing "models of healing" that no one professionally has ever approved!
You are at High Risk!!!! Participants have had psychotic breaks and have lost lots of invested money into "climbing the POV ladder" to keep with the group.
First Nations families are an easy target, as POV advanced trainers can scoop multiple family members and manipulate outcomes in their communities, especially when these members are in positions of leadership.
Warnings should be posted on every reserve that POV is a fraudulent organization and puts participants at high risk!
