Healing Metaphors A-Z - Tuberculosis

Tuberculosis
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that most commonly affects the respiratory system. Having tuberculosis demonstrates a need for sanctuary; we need quiet, meditative time to reflect upon and integrate our purpose. We have unresolved feelings of sadness or loss that we want to be insulated from rather than face. We somehow don’t feel free to live our own life. We are trying to get away as we feel we don’t have breathing space.
