Bursitis
Bursitis is an inflammation of the bursa, which are the pad-like, fluid-filled areas that protect our joints. Bursitis most commonly occurs in the shoulders, elbows and knees. In the shoulders, Bursitis is the result of emotional burdens and our difficulty with dispensing energy. In the elbows, the symptoms of Bursitis reflect competition or issues about getting along with people. In the knees, it indicates issues with commitment, charisma and moving forward. Generally, Bursitis means that we are compulsively in sacrifice and that there is a pattern that we need to shift. We are mistakenly locked into a fixed stance about something. We may be feeling exhausted and angry about a financial issue.
