Healing Metaphors A-Z - Blood Pressure high / low

Blood Pressure high / low
Blood pressure is the pressure that the blood exerts on the wall of a blood vessel. When our blood pressure is high, we are caught in expectations and roles. We have an exaggerated sense of self-importance, which leads us to believe that we have to do everything on our own. We are pushing ourselves from a position of fear, without trusting in the universe to support us. We have set too many goals in an attempt to make up for feelings of valuelessness, and this leads to frustration and aggravation. Low blood pressure is a result of feeling ineffectual or trapped. We feel weak in certain life situations and unable to change our situation.

Louise Hay said it first:
-HIGH (Hypertension): Longstanding emotional problems not solved.
-LOW: Lack of love as a child. Defeatism. "What’s the use? It won't work anyway."

Spezzano is such a lame-o.
