Interesting this was published in Hawaii after he was convicted in that state in 2004 for posing as a "psychologist." Unlike his European marketing, there is no mention of him being a "psychologist" or earning a Ph.D. in "clinical psychology." His merchandisers abroad can lie about his credentials with impunity, but at home he has to toe the line.
