I wonder if Laura's 2007 introduction to deeksha blessings was through her POV connection since that is the same year the Spezzanos attended Oneness University, one of their "two greatest inspirations." In any case, it is interesting she markets both POV and deeksha (as well as NLP and EFT). Psychology of Vision is usually lumped in with other dangerous pseudosciences, which is where it belongs.
All that energy and intellectual curiosity could have been spent on a formal academic education which would have given her more options and a platform in which to spread her beliefs. Instead, she squandered it on money sponges like the Spezzanos and hit Dead End City.
Here's the deal. If you are going to lose weight there is no safe or sane substitute to simply changing your diet, watching your calories, and investing time in simple exercise like walking. So easy to do, yet so hard. And in this culture of instant, fast, now, the good old ethic of hard work, patience and dedication is apparently out the window. Hence Spezzano's fast track solutions, which is total bullshit. It is not natural, it is not safe, it is not scientific, there is no follow up, and it is run by non-professionals, including Spezzano himself. They can get away with this scam by calling themselves "coaches."
If you need help Psychology of Vision is the last place to go. You'll be jumping into a shark tank. If you don't have any friends or family you can trust or want to burden, please seek help from a professional with academic credentials accredited by the APA (if in North America). If things screw up at least they will have to be accountable.
