Who polices these conditions? The Kahalu'u Neighborhood Board? In looking at several group photos of POV "workshops" held in "the barn," it seems the building capacity limit is sometimes exceeded. Does the Honolulu Fire Marshal keep track?
Also interesting that POV is associated with the "Inner Healing" thing in this document.
