Although this marketing piece touts POV trainer Francine Girard as a "private therapist" it would seem that according to the Washington State Dept. of  Licensing she does not possess a business license. According to the Washington State Office of Secretary of State Corporations and Charities Division she is not registered. According to the Washington State Dept. of Health she is not listed as a healthcare provider. According to the Washington State Dept. of Revenue she is not on their rolls meaning she pays no state business tax.

So it might be more accurate to describe her qualifications as being an "unaccredited, unlicensed and unprofessional private therapist."

But then again, that describes everyone in Psychology of Vision, including the Spezzanos.
