2014 was then, 2018 is now--
After claiming that 2014 was her final year of international events, Lency has backtracked on her word and is returning to North America (and Asia) to rake in some big bucks. I sense they must be getting desperate.
Not sure what the "annual event" means. It has been awhile since either of the Spezzanos bothered to personally fleece the flock in Canada so far as I know, but this marketing appears to be aimed mostly at their Asian client base. By the time one is finished paying the expensive fee ($1650 for 5 days, $1100 for 3 days) plus travel, food, and lodging, this little event will set you back thousands of dollars. Only the affluent need apply. Whistler BC is a very expensive place.
[Updated Mar. 5, 2019: Looks like the Whistler gig turned out to be something of a fiasco:

For 2019 they are changing the venue to Sechelt, BC and the logo on the ad makes it appear the event is endorsed by the Shíshálh Nation. Section K of the POV Trainers Handbook in action on how to psychocolonize a FN community. Holy Manifest Destiny, Batman! Hope someone alerts the Sunshine Coast RCMP that a case of potential affinity fraud needs to be investigated--

As usual for the Spezzanos the fees are incredibly expensive]

Looks like this is coordinated primarily for the cult followers in Asia. I believe one of the contacts is a long-time POV "trainer" in Taiwan. Someone needs to alert the RCMP that this toxic group is coming.
Expensive venue for an expensive program.
Hopefully someone has contacted the RCMP in the Whistler area
Remind me to boycott ever spending money in Whistler again. POV just ruined a perfectly nice place for me.
Leave it to the Spezzanos to cash in on a current faddish buzzword like "reconciliation." Nothing is EVER original with POV. Everything is swiped. They are always so far behind the trends, hardly what one would call "cutting edge." They go where the low hanging fruit is easy to pick, but by the time they get there the fruit is rotten.
The Whistler event was interesting for the names of those who did NOT show up.
This event did not fill up with as many registered clients as POV anticipated. There were also some interesting side stories that emerged and bear more investigation. All is not roses and rainbows in the tiny hothouse world of Psychology of Vision no matter how they try to spin it.
POV, just one small dysfunctional substitute family!
