NAFPS Selections: Reflect issues in our family of origin that are not yet cleared

[From the New Age Frauds and Plastic Shamans forum, by "Piff," October 01, 2013]:

Psychology of Vision trainers, 2016, Hawaii

-----------------------------------

Once a person has spent quite a bit of money and time (including time spent being brainwashed) to advance to a trainer level, they must sign an agreement to pay annual license fees.  In 2011 these were the annual fees:

Level 1 $4500
Level 2 $6250
Level 3 $6700
Level 4 $7500
First Nations trainers $500

But that is not all. Trainers have to go to the annual 10 day trainers conference. No exceptions. If a trainer misses a full day of the conference, they are put on probation, and must do (pay for) more conferences within the next 6 months.

A trainer needs to be available to staff for workshops. They need to take additional training. At least once every two years they have to attend an apprenticeship training.

Trainers have to book monthly coaching sessions. They have to see their coach bi-monthly. They need to listen live to recorded quarterly conference calls with Chuck and Lency. They need to study the teaching materials. Complete 3 self evaluation reports a year. These reports must be on time, this fact is stressed in the manual.

They must promote all trainers, events, funds, and products. They must do specific daily "healing exercises".

The Steps to Leadership program must be taught once in full and solo by new trainers. The program and license must be bought from the appropriate division and monitored by that division.

Any "issues of commitment" to the team is said to "reflect issues in our family of origin that are not yet cleared".

Not only are the trainers kept on a short leash, they have to pay for the honor to be manipulated in a very degrading and authoritarian way. No wonder Spezzano badmouths the concept of "independence"-- it threatens his profit margin when trainers decide to grow a spine and leave.

It seems that having low self-esteem is a prerequisite for not only joining up for Psychology of Vision, but also for staying in it for any length of time. It is obvious the Spezzanos want to place themselves in the role of being parental authority figures. Can you spell c-u-l-t?

According to the Healing Metaphors A-Z, if a trainer cannot make the all-important mass annual brainwashing session due to a health issue like having a heart attack or having hip surgery, then obviously it is the victim's fault and it is a reflection of their devotion to "Uncle Chuck."

I could not be a POV follower. It looks like being part of this group just sucks big time.

No way could I be a POV follower. I don't want to be manipulated and yelled at. I don't want to throw $ down the drain. Nor do I need new parents.
If I wanted to be a professional anything, I would do it the right way. The Spezanno short cut is just a short cut to the Spezzano bank account.
