Chuck Spezzano is using his own version of Neuro-linguistic Programming. For instance in this horrible ultimately victim blaming video he has done on the theme of domestic violence, he uses the term "embedded commands". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNHV6qmF31I "Embedded commands" are specific NLP techniques.

Like hypnosis, NLP is indeed in Chuck Spezzano's toolkit:

Both Spezzanos appear to use hypnosis but under the guise of NLP, past life regression, and "joining." Very dishonest and very dangerous.
