Plantar wart
A Plantar wart is a wart found on the sole of the foot and is usually painful. Having a plantar wart means that we have buried self-attack, and perhaps even deeper shadow figures. We are being called for soul level healing. There is a certain elemental bonding that we have lost in life and therefore feel trapped in pain and illusion. We are caught in a misunderstanding and so we resist new beginnings. Our misconceptions keep us in stress and away from a whole new chapter in our life.

Hmm. Louise Hay says about plantar warts: "Anger at the very basis of your understanding. Spreading frustration about the future."
Funny I didn't see Hay's name in the credits or preface or bibliography or notes of Spezzano/Ticehurst's work since Louise appears to have created a good deal of these silly metaphors.
