Anemia
This condition is the result of decreased circulation of red blood cells in the body, meaning that the level of nourishment in the body is greatly reduced. The condition of anemia stems from feelings of weakness and inadequacy, the loss of our sense of self and the failure of our ability to receive. We have lost our center and have hidden, or not so hidden, feelings of overwhelm, valuelessness, unworthiness and failure, all of which can lead to depression. The energy loss is immense and we feel as if we are not enough to do what we need to do or for what we are called for in life. As we look for the strength to get through the day, we feel that we don’t have enough energy to fulfill our purpose.
Chuck Spezzano and Janie Ticehurst, Healing the Body Through Mind and Metaphor

Louise Hay said it first: "Anemia: “Yes-but” attitude. Lack of joy. Fear of life. Not feeling good enough."
Spezzano's metaphors qualify as a form of emotional abuse, where the victim is to blame and must be shamed. This gives you an indication of what is in store for you if you sign up for Psychology of Vision or "Steps to Leadership."
The whole metaphor concept here has been swiped from Louis Hay, in some cases to the point of plagiarism. Not only is POV a form of abuse, it is never original. Everything they market has been lifted from someone else.
