Kings and queens are part of steep hierarchies, and in the Great Chain of Being are closer to God than you or me. This organizational example might work for and impress those who live in cultures where such artificial authority figures make one's heart swell, but in more level societies that have no use for such twaddle, it fails to connect.
Pam Carruthers lives in a country that incredibly still supports a royal family. Chuck Spezzano was a devoted Catholic who actually began his career serving that institution and as such was indoctrinated with a model of rank and file that he has attempted to duplicate in POV.
There are perhaps more genteel ways to say this but I'll be blunt, Carruthers and Spezzano are peddlers in the business of bullshit. Anyone of course can throw their money away at this nonsense, and they will, obviously. I am also free to register my opinion and concern for the damage they do and misinformation they spread.
Spezzano is a bully and like all bullies becomes suddenly submissive when faced by what they view as a greater authority, e.g. the Spezzano bow to Oneness University 2007-ca. 2011. Like Chris Christie becoming Donald Trump's dog. The concept of everyone being equal is foreign to the Spezzanos of the world. Entitlement and money is what they respect.
