An excellent example of how closely linked the "Steps to Leadership" program is with the Psychology of Vision cult. STL is basically POV-Lite, but both are toxic and to be avoided.
Jeff Allen has not been a POV trainer for at least a couple years now, although he appears to remain subservient to the Spezzanos in many ways.
