The trainers' training is THE big event of the year for POV. According to the POV Trainers Manual, attendance is REQUIRED, and the followers gladly comply. The "training" fee is thousands of dollars, travel and lodging not included. Also, trainers are REQUIRED to pay, on top of this, an annual "license fee," also thousands of dollars. Quite the nice comfortable scam the Spezzanos have set up for themselves, given the fact neither one of them is actually a psychologist and have no business whatsoever messing with the lives of other people.
The good news is that the number of trainers is dramatically shrinking, particularly in English-speaking countries.
