"Uncle" Chuck, as he is known to many of his Asian followers, wants to be your surrogate family authority figure. Please don't allow him to become that familiar with you. Aside from not being very professional on his part to encourage such nicknames, it impacts your ability to question his motives and tactics, rendering you into a pawn in a personality cult.
