Why Lency Spezzano has since denounced Oneness University has never been made clear in public venues:

They have wanted nothing to do with that organization once they had an opportunity to learn more about them. They adamantly steer people away from that organization, their practices, and beliefs. They would NOT want their students to be affiliated with that organization in any capacity."
