I stumbled across this article some years ago and offer access to it so others who investigate Psychology of Vision will realize what they are getting into if they plan on having contact with any level of government in Hawaii. Especially the State of Hawaii Dept. of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
In my professional life I had dealings with many state governments across the USA. And in all my years of work I must say Hawaii has the slowest, most nonresponsive, technically primitive, unfriendly Byzantine government "service" of any state I have ever encountered. Especially the State of Hawaii Dept. of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
In the course of my POV research I have had contact with offices in all three branches of Hawaii state government. I will say the Hawaii State Library stands out as the only public service I have contacted there that provides outstanding results. But the rest of the state government gets a D- in my book. Especially the State of Hawaii Dept. of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
Not just to pick on government in Hawaii, but the 4th estate is also pretty uninterested in the Psychology of Vision scam taking place right under their noses. So far as I know no journalist in Hawaii has ever seriously investigated this cult. When they do mention Chuck Spezzano they repeat the lie that he is a "psychologist."
