Psychology of Vision trainer application process 2020

Some differences noted between the 2019 version and the 2020 version:

:
Applicant is required to have a mentor under these conditions:
•The mentor must be a PoV trainer level 2 or above. The mentor does not have to be local.
•If the mentor is not local the applicant need a sponsor who is a local trainer. The sponsor will be a bridge between applicant, mentor  and
local community. 
•If there is a need for translation for monthly session, the translator may also be the sponsor.
•The sessions are to be monthly and the mentor fee is the responsibility of the applicant.

2020:
 Applicant is required to have a mentor under these conditions:
•The mentor must be a PoV trainer level 2 or above.
•The mentor must be local.
•The sessions are to be monthly and the mentor fee is the responsibility of the applicant

 •Mini-programs counts to a maximum of 10 days.
•Three 2-hour long Webinars by a Master Trainer equals 1 PoV day.

2020:
Mini-programs counts to a maximum of 20 days.
•Only 5 PoV days of those 20 days can be under tutelage of non-PoV trainers teaching a PoV program.
•8-hour long Webinars by a PoV Trainer equals 1 PoV day

Stage 0: Declare your intention to apply to the program January 1st of the application year and inform who is your mentor.

2020:
Stage 0: Declare your intention to apply to the program January  1st of the application year, inform who your mentor is and PLEASE accompany with a picture of yourself.

Stage 2: Application will then be sent to all Trainers from your region for feedback. Each region will be deciding on the applicant’s acceptance. 
The local team notifies the Steering Committee on their applicant decision and may ask for advice

2020:
Stage 2: Application will then be sent to all Trainers from your region for feedback. Each region will be deciding on the applicant’s acceptance.  The local team may ask the Steering Committee’s council [i.e. counsel]

Still too early to tell, but it appears they lured in some new gullible suckers from Europe to be exploited as "trainers" this year. Did these recruits not wonder why POV has a cycle of losing trainers year after year who in turn quietly attempt to remove all online trace they ever were part of this cult?

From the looks of things, it appears Krystal Hsu and Ian Lai (Yue-Yen Lai) of Taiwan were still expected to be POV trainers in 2020. But neither one of them seemed to be remaining in the flock by the end of 2018.
