POV Steps to Success

Once in awhile I'll run into a reference to a Psychology of Vision spinoff program that appeared to have been short-lived. Some of these spur roads into the quest for spiritually-based commercial enterprises evidently had the blessing from the Spezzanos but were actually tied to those holding positions much lower in the steep POV hierarchy.

One recent example I visited was Jeremy Marchant's "POV UK Fundamentals of Success Programme," which existed ca. 2010 and then evaporated:

While digging around this week I ran across the "POV Steps to Success" course. In promoting her book Heal Yourself, Heal Your World in 2011-2013, India-based Jane Kirby mentioned this program in her autobiography:

To be "licensed" would indicate an official sanction from the Spezzanos.

Naturally we are intrigued by the Oneness University reference, since Lency and Christopher Spezzano have strongly denounced the institution a few years ago. But that is another topic.

So what was the deal with the "POV Steps to Success"? Who developed it? Jane Kirby is the only person I can find online who has any connection with this course.
