This photo of Chuck has been recycled many times in POV promotional media. To the true believers this image apparently confirms their view of Chuck as a messenger from Heaven. To the outsider, other messages are communicated that are not so Divine.
Chuck is one of the greedy money-changers in the Temple. Throw him out! He is NOT a spiritual leader or a "Master." He's a businessman.
