Babs Stevens is certainly NOT a "Psychology of Vision Advanced Trainer." She has been at Level 1 in the POV hierarchy for a long time. That is the lowest rank of all in the cult. She barely made it on board, became a token for the Americans that they could exploit, and has coasted ever since while betraying her public trust to the people she is supposed to serve.
