Healing Metaphors A-Z - Diverticular Disease

Diverticular Disease
Diverticular disease is an inflammation of the bowels, reflecting anger about the past that we are holding onto and storing in pouches. We are filing the issue and the anger away and, as a result, diverting ourselves from the flow of our life and becoming distracted from what is really important. Many times we have the feeling that life is too heavy or serious. By storing our issues in pouches rather than dealing with them we ensure that we will remain diverted from our true course or purpose in life.

Or, this intestinal metaphor could mean Spezzano is just full of shit-- which, in fact, he is!
