Cervical disease (cancer/dysphasia) – positive Pap test
A positive Pap test is the formation of abnormal cells on the cervix. Cancerous cells pertain to sexual shame or guilt, and unresolved issues of anger with our parents. We have a fear of taking the next step in our sexuality. Instead of sharing love through giving and receiving, we have adopted sexual roles and moved into sacrifice. There is a sexual self-consciousness and an unhealthy egocentricity working against our naturalness.

Spezzano has mondo issues to work out with women. This "metaphor" says so much more about him than anyone who has been subjected to this awful malady.
