Spezzano's actions have demonstrated his interest in this venture is very commercial and hardly with "non-profit" motives. He has also fooled Michael North into believing the "Chuck Spezzano is a psychologist" lie since North has repeated that fable more than once.

The Michael North-POV connection is a constant source of interest. North removed his POV connection from his LinkedIn account within the last year.

The Hawaii Dept. of Commerce and Consumer Affairs no longer lists Spezzano as an officer although he still appears on the ZEPI webpage as such.
