Why doesn't Spezzano step in and correct these lies? All the efforts the Spezzano are putting into tracking their critics could instead be used to correct criminal lies out there like this one. The best way to shut up the critics is to set things right. It can't be that hard.
Oh. I forgot. That would impact the profit margin. Who wants to hear a mere "coach" speak rather than a world famous "clinical psychologist."
