State of Hawaii v. Charles L. Spezzano dba Psychology of Vision

This court document from Hawaii clearly states that Spezzano and his so called trained psychology workers are not permitted to continue under this false guise of psychology. I wonder if his 100 day grads and advanced trainers know that they are committing an illegal act by serving Spezzano in this act? Seems like alot of people are liable for being impostors under Chuck and Lency Spezzano's tutelage! How embrassing to pay all that money to belong to an illegal business and be associated with subjecting vulnerable people to high risk experimental manipulations. The public has a right to be informed and protected from schemes like this one!
Those who bought into POV based on the many advertisements that Chuck is a "psychologist" or a "clinical psychologist" or that his Ph.D. was in "Clinical Psychology" and were unaware his degree in the bogus "Professional Psychology" was unaccredited by the American Psychological Association-- All of those taken in by these false claims should demand their money back.
they should demand accountability for the damage done from his "teachings", and clean up all the people in band management or health care positions to be psychologically assessed to see who they really work for, the band and village citizens or chuck spezzano,especially those that have been duped into Pov for decades, when you belong to a cult, it isn't freedom of religion , you're owned by the leader
This legal document outlines Chuck Spezzano as a fraud. And he has broken the conditions of this court decision many times over. Why does the State of Hawaii sit on their hands and allow this con artist to continue to perpetuate his role as an impostor without suffering any consequence? I am so unimpressed by the Hawaii justice system.
Time for pov chuck lency and all the pov trainers to be shut down and fined by Hawaii courts, the judge needs to update and follow thru with the charges of this violation immediately, or the courts of hawaii should be liable for not enforcing the law and allowing this notorious act to continue to waste valuable resources of participants and community health funding while subjecting members to damaging manipulative treatment.
Note that the legal conditions also apply to employees and agents of POV. The conditions of the court have been certainly abused over and over since 2004. Yet Spezzano continues to perpetuate his fraud without any consequences. Spezzano's disregard for the law is only matched by his disregard for the truth.

And I don't believe I would care to be owned by a leader who was fined for being a fraud by a legal entity in his own backyard.
